What warranty do we offer with our jewelry?

At YuuJewels, all of our jewelry comes with a 4-year warranty from the date of delivery of your order, covering any defects in materials and/or workmanship.

According to our warranty, YuuJewels is committed to replacing* manufacturing defects within a 2-year period.

This warranty does not cover physical or accidental wear, damage, or the loss of the jewelry or any of its parts.

The warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured or sold by YuuJewels and purchased only through our website.

*For warranty requests made after 30 days from purchase, our quality team will review the case and, if the warranty conditions are met, we will proceed with the replacement of the jewelry. If this is not possible, we will issue a gift card for the value of the damaged jewelry.
