What warranty do we offer with our jewelry?

At YuuJewels, all of our jewelry comes with a 4-year warranty from the date of delivery of your order, covering any defects in materials and/or workmanship.

According to our warranty, YuuJewels is committed to replacing* manufacturing defects within a 4-year period.

What our warranty covers:

• Natural material wear: Repairs or adjustments due to the normal use of jewelry, such as polishing or clasp adjustments.
• Finish defects: Replacement or repair in case the plating (e.g., gold) loses its shine or quality abnormally.
• Loose stones: Adjustment of precious or semi-precious stones that may have become loose without external cause.
• Clasp or mechanism issues: Repairs to clasps that do not function properly due to manufacturing defects.
• Structural damage: Repairs to cracks or deformations in the pieces that are not caused by misuse.

What our warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover physical or accidental wear, damage, misuse, or the loss of the jewelry or any of its parts. For more information, please contact us directly here.

The warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured or sold by YuuJewels and purchased only through our website.

*For warranty requests made after 30 days from purchase, our quality team will review the case and, if the warranty conditions are met, we will proceed with the replacement of the jewelry. If this is not possible, we will issue a gift card for the value of the damaged jewelry.
